Buffalo Amplifiers
Limited Warranty

Buffalo Amplifiers offers to the original purchaser a warranty against failures caused by manufacturing defect
with the exception of tubes for a total of one year from date of shipment to the original customer. Should the
amplifier fail during this period for a reason not related to user abuse (read below), you will be required to
ship the amplifier properly packed and insured and at your expense for repair. I will ship the repaired
amplifier back to you at my expense as soon as possible.

This warranty is provided on a 'best-effort' basis and does not provide reimbursement for third-part repairs,
loaner equipment, loss of use, etc... Normal wear and tear is not considered a warranty issue. Repairs and/or
modifications made by anyone other than Buffalo Amplifiers will void your warranty. Should your amplifier
require service, please
contact me before sending the amplifier back so that I can make arrangements for its
return.  All repair service unless as a warranty repair is subject to a service charge plus the cost of parts.

User abuse is described as but not limited to:
Operating the amplifier without tubes or speakers, or with the wrong tubes or speakers,
power issues including lighting, surges, wrong line voltage, etc...
Physical damage or neglect to the amp caused by the owner.
User abuse will be determined by me upon inspection and I reserve the right
to refuse warranty service at my discretion without any legal dispute or action from the customer.

Circuit board kit and transformer purchases are upheld by the same warranty as amplifier purchases.
Safety Warning!  Self installation of these kits are sold with the understanding and agreement that
the purchaser has knowledge of electricity and its dangers for themselves and others.  For example, if a circuit
board or transformer is installed and/or powered up with energy and left unattended and a person(s)
unknowingly and unaware of the dangers of electricity happens to touch the components and/or wires and
becomes injured or killed by the result of electrocution,  Buffalo Amplifiers is not responsible for any
injury/death caused by electrocution in the result should the purchaser mishandle, neglect and/or fail to
observe the dangers of electricity.
Buffalo Amplifiers is also not responsible for electrical fires with the result of damage to property or loss of
life if the purchaser mishandles and/or fails to observe the dangers of electricity.

Please use your head!  If you feel that you are not competent enough to install a circuit board kit
or you feel that you're "in over your head", please contact a qualified technician.
